COST EFFECTIVE CONSTRUCTION
Automated parking solutions are cost effective. Systems are delivered as pre-fabricated components, assembled on site; excavation costs are kept to a minimum; there is little waste space and less lighting and power is required; there is less noise nuisance to insulate against; and fewer requirements for emission control structures to be built into the building. Construction costs must also be weighed against the potential increase in value of the site given that adequate parking facilities have been accommodated.
