Using automated parking systems means little or no structural changes need to be made to existing buildings. And systems will fully integrate with existing infrastructure, be it historic or contemporary, without disruption to the existing or created façade. And because of the economies of space in construction, car parks can be located where a conventional car park simply would not fit.
